DO YOU OFFER PHYSICAL HANDPICKS OR VIDEO HANDPICKS? 

Our services are designed for retailers and individuals who want to incorporate unique and sustainable products into their offerings. We offer initial design consultations by appointment either in person or via video call to showcase our current design offerings. While we don't offer physical or video handpicks for bulk product selection, our made-to-order approach helps reduce the overproduction crisis and provides a personalised collection tailored to your brand's or individual aesthetic.

CAN YOU REWORK MY DAMAGED STOCK? 

Yes, we do accept vintage and preloved clothing to be reworked. We will create a sample of your desired design and send you images, as well as send the physical sample to you for try-on and fitting. Our services are flexible and cost-effective, with an hourly rate for pattern making and initial sample creation, and additional trim costs priced separately, businesses of all sizes are welcome. If you are satisfied with our samples, simply place an order and once payment is made, we will begin production.

 
IS DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? 

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will be calculated based on your location, the weight of your order, and the number of boxes or pallets required for shipping.

 
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY OWN REWORKED DESIGNS?

Our pattern making and initial sample creation is cost at an hourly rate, with additional trim costs priced separately. Individual designs priced at £35 an hour, 10-20 pieces £30 an hour or 30+ pieces £25 an hour. Once you've approved the initial sample and we've calculated the production costs, we'll ask for a 50% deposit to start production. Upon completion, we'll invoice you for the final payment, which will include delivery fees.

HOW DO I ORDER A WHOLESALE BUNDLE? 

You can easily purchase your wholesale bundle by shopping online or contacting us directly. Simply add all desired products and quantities to your shopping cart and follow the on-screen payment instructions. Once your order is received, our team will handpick your items and begin production.

 
HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE? 

Lead times for orders up to 50 units can range from 1-10 business days, while larger orders of 100+ units can take 2-8 weeks to complete. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER AFTER PRODUCTION? 

We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours of payment. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery times vary depending on your location: within the UK, it takes 48 hours once picked up by the courier; for Europe, it's 3-5 days; and for international orders, it's 5-7 days after shipment. Please note, we are closed on weekends and this may affect shipping times.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? 

No - Maisie can work with you to create 1 unique design for yourself or multiple units per design. Prices differ on large orders. 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GRADE A/B/C VINTAGE CLOTHING?

Grade A items will be in good vintage condition and may have minor signs of wear that can be restored to their original condition.

Grade B items will have heavier signs of wear, such as un-washable marks or broken zips, but still offer a lower price than Grade A.

Grade C items have heavy signs of wear and will be priced lower, typically at cost or sold at a loss.

DO YOU PRE-WASH OR IRON YOUR REWORKED STOCK?

We offer this service at an additional cost of £1 per item for washing and drying, and £1 per item for ironing. Please note that this will extend the lead time by 2-5 working days depending on quantities.

HOW LONG DO ALTERATIONS & REPAIRS TAKE?

Alterations and repairs can be completed within the same day or between 1-21 working days, depending on the quantity of repairs needed and whether we need to order a special part.  



 

WHATS YOUR REFUND & RETURNS POLICY? 

Returns are accepted for pre-made wholesale bundles and individual items, but not for own creations. Delivery costs and customs fees are not eligible for refund and are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
